Raised and schooled in Pokhara, the tourism capital of Nepal. He grew up watching trekkers from around the world chase their dreams along the same trails that shaped his childhood.

From Porter to Passionate Trek Leader

Following in his father’s footsteps, Bikash began his journey in the trekking world as a porter in 2017. The early days were filled with hard climbs and heavier loads, but each step strengthened his determination. His curiosity about the trails, local life, and foreign cultures led him to study the mountains and trekking trails deeply. By 2021, through hard work, training, and field experience, he earned his place as an assistant guide, mastering trekking routes, accommodation management, viewpoints, photography skills, and local cuisine. Learning from the experts at Trekking Trail Nepal, Bikash grew not just as a guide but as a storyteller of the Himalayas; someone who connects people, places, emotions and adventure.
