Available Food Drinks in Nepal Trekking

Trekking Trail Nepal will provide all the meals during the treks. Basic meals are available in tea houses/local lodges and homestays during the whole trekking day. The most common cuisines on the menu will be traditional Nepalese, Tibetan, Indian, and continental dishes. Almost every trekking trail of Everest Trekking, Annapurna Trekking, and Langtang Trekking areas offers a wide range of natural, fresh dishes and Nepalese hospitality. There are rear cases of meals not being new in the teahouse/local lodges and homestay; once the guest orders them, they start preparing meals.

FOODS AVAILABLE ON TREKKING IN NEPAL

Males like pasta, noodles, a variety of fresh soups, handmade bread items, different dishes with rice, lentils, and curry, spaghetti, pizza, egg items, rolls, Mo: Mo (meat- or vegetable-stuffed steamed dumplings), homemade pancakes, bread and chapati, and items of potatoes are primarily available in the tea houses/local lodges and homestays. Meats are available in most places. All the meats are transported from Kathmandu or Pokhara to as they are not fresh and sometimes can be bad for your health. So we recommend you not to take meat items. Along with this, meat and high protein need more oxygen to digest, and it is challenging for your body to get more oxygen from the thin air of Himalayan altitudes.

To Experience The Traditional Food and Meals of Nepalese People, Mohare Danda Trek is the best choice

Trekking Trail Nepal provides three meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with hot drinks on the trek. Generally, dinner and breakfast are included in the same lodge, and lunch is at the best available lunch place during the daytime. Our guest has complete freedom to select their preferred dish from a small menu provided by the lodge or local tourism management subcommittee. Since most raw materials are grown in their organic garden, freshly picked, and prepared in traditional ways, the food on the trekking trail tastes impressive in comparison to cities.

It is vital to create what your agent is providing in the way of meals before you set out on your trek. Usually, desserts, drinks, tidbits, drinking water, and unique items on the menus are part of the cost exclusion. In addition, it is best to bring iodine water purification tablets or other options for purifying drinking water during the trek. Boiled and/or purified water and bottled water are available at extra cost.
