Anyone who is physically fit with good health can participate in EASY, MODERATE, STRENUOUS, and TECHNICAL Trekking. Himalayan is popular as its height, as a result Altitude is a major reason of trek to the Himalayas being strenuous. for those trekkers who is experienced this his altitude previously will find the trek easy to moderate level but for new trekkers in this thin air Himalayas environment, we strongly recommended you to have some physical training at home, You can practice hiking up and the hills that might be available around our place or just jogging/swimming regularly at home before you start your dream trekking in Nepal. Training will make your trek a lot easier compared to the ones coming without any pieces of training. 

The Trekking Trail is mostly gentle to steep climbing while heading towards the viewpoint and Base Camp is the strenuous hike up ( in some parts only). While the trekking trail is mostly downhill returning back from the trek. Trekking in the Himalayans is an amazing adventure no doubt. For people with knee problems we recommend you to bring proper knee support, you must need this while we come down after the achievement of the journey, without this you may suffer a lot. 

The popular hiking Short ABC Trek of Annapurna, Langtang, Short Manaslu Trekking, and Everest region is done by hundreds of trekkers every day during the autumn and spring season. Most of Our Guests of Trekking Trail succeed to complete the pre-planned trekking with little or no pain, while few of them get fail too. 

Nothing can guarantee your success at this higher altitude but the slow and steady pace does. You can prepare with regular cardiovascular training at home i.e. cycling, swimming, hill climbing, and lots of walking. You can prepare your mind for a 5 - 6 hour walk every day during the trek. Seek out hills or find a tall building and repeatedly walk up and down the stairs. It may help you a lot during the trek in the Himalayas.

Trekking Trail Nepal recommends that you prepare 45 days to 90 days before the trek starts a regimen of suitable exercises such as hill climbing, step climbing, jogging, swimming and biking, and other stamina and leg-building exercises. Along with this make sure that your hiking boots are well worn to avoid blisters. Trekkers who have good training will find all the trekking in Nepal relatively easier than others.
