Annapurna Circuit and Poon Hill Trek : Beautiful Trek In Nepal Combination
Depending upon the time availability and your walking speed, this trek may last from 17 to 19 days. You will hike for about 6 hours in an average per day with acclimatization in Manang. You will drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani or Chame depending upon your trekking schedule. Then either from Dharapani or from Chame, you will hike up to Pisang and to Manang where we will acclimatize for a day to prepare further for the uphill hike. From Manang, we will hike up to Sri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp. Staying at the base camp for overnight, we will hike early in the morning to reach Tilicho lake and then back to base camp and to Sri Kharka. From there, we will hike to cross Thorng La pass.
We will visit the holy shrine Muktinath on the way and then descend to reach Tatopani. We can drive from Muktinath to Tatopani. There is a natural hot spring here in Tatopani, where we will dip in and relax our tired muscles. Next day, we will start to hike up to Ghorepani. From Ghorepani, we will further hike up to Poon Hill early in the morning to witness the beautiful sunrise over the mountains.
