Fly from capital of Nepal to Tumlingtar then drive to Num (1,980m/6497ft): fifty minutes flight, 3-4 hours drive. Today we will experience a lot of untouched nature. We start with Kalo Pokhari at 3,930 m which literally means Black Lake. From Dobato our trekking trail to Makalu Base Camp passes through the rhododendron forest. This beautiful natural gifts leads to one of the Himalayas roaring River called Barun River.
