Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3443 m via high Bridge of Larja Dobhan.
Day 4: Acclimatization day hike to Everest View Hotel 3880m and Khumjung.
Day 5: Trek to Dubeche via Tengboche monastery 3868m.
Day 6: Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp 4600m.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche valley 4410.

1. Regarding the personal assistance.
As per my expereince, I suggest to have Group assistance guide. This is better for the whole team, no matter of any situation. As our assistance guide can also lead the trek in case of emergency and need to split the team. ( Not to Book 1 personal assistance guide per guest; We suggest you to have 1 extra guide every 2-3 guest, I will tell you why if you want to know whey we recommend so ).
