  • Day 01: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel, In Thamel

    Team member of Trekking Trail Nepal will welcome you at International Airport of Kathmandu and transfer to our Hotel in Thamel. After refreshment on your suitable time, Trekking Trail Nepal team will complete the official formalities, Briefing about Kathmandu Valley Trek and Last Preparation. After this, you have the free day on your own.

  • Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani. Overnight in Chisapani.

    You will meet your Kathmandu Valley Trekking Guide and Porters with breakfast in our Hotel. After breakfast you will start to drive around 1 hours towards the base of Sundarijal ( Height 1,463 m ), you will say goodbye to our driver and starting hiking towards Chisapani.

    The hike is little steep till you reach our Normal Lunch Spot but the chirping of birds, green and dense forest and sounds of water takes you the paradise of Kathmandu Valley Hiking. You will reach our camp of Chisapani 4-5 hours of hiking.

  • Day 03: Trek from Chisapani to Nagarkot. Overnight in Nagarkot

    On Day 3 of Kathmandu Valley Trek Itinerary, you will hike along the ridge of Hills between Chisapani and Nagarkot. This part of Trekking Trail is more easy and peaceful that you will only encounter the wild animal, birds and a few hikers. 
After the easy 6 7 hours of hiking, you will reach the beautiful village of Nagarkot ( Hight 2,170 m ).

    The views of Himalayas on the horizon of your left side will add more enjoyments in the easy Kathmandu Valley Rim Trek. In the evening you can excursion to the Nagarkot viewpoint to see the sunset. You will spend overnight at the resort with amazing views.

  • Day 04: Trek from Nagarkot to Bhaktapur and back to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.

    
You day will start before the sun. You will hike about 20 minutes to reach the viewpoint of Nagarkot to enjoy the Sunrise and views of Himalayas. You will see around 20 peaks, On a clear day, you can see Manaslu and Mt. Everest. The green valley down the Nagarkot and cultivated fields will add more to the day of Kathmandu Valley Trek.

    After breakfast on day 4 of Kathmandu Valley Rim Trek, you will hike down to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. You can visit the Changunarayan Temple; UNESCO heritage site listed on the hill above Bhaktapur. After 4 Hours of easy Hiking and 1 hours of drive, you will back to Kathmandu. Enjoy your free time in Thamel and spend overnight at the Hotel.
