  • Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu

    The Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek 2023 Itinerary starts today. When you arrive at Kathmandu airport, we will be there to pick you up and transfer you to hotel. Once you reach and check into hotel, you will have free time to relax so that you adjust yourself into Kathmandu atmosphere far away from your home. You can take some wanderings around. We will be giving you some guidance on how to do that if you feel the need of.

  • Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour Day, with Yoga Session, meet our trek and Yoga crew.

    Enjoy early morning reinvigorating yoga practice. Go for breakfast and get ready for the day full of excitement.
    It is a full exploration day in Kathmandu. We take you for a cultural sightseeing tour of Heritage monuments in Kathmandu valley.

    An in-depth, guided tour of Swoyambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath will give you an understanding of the rich cultural and historical heritage of Kathmandu valley. Once the tour finishes and we return back to hotel, we will have a trip briefing meeting to talk about the Yoga Trekking adventure that is to start tomorrow.

  • Day 03: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Ghat

    It’s an early morning start today and we have to skip the morning yoga practice. We checkout the hotel and drive to the airport for the exciting flight to Lukla. The flight is a fantastic mountain flight that takes us into the Everest region. After landing at the Lukla airport, our trekking adventure begins and our destination for the day is Ghat that is about 2.5 hours of walk.

    The very first day Itinerary of Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek is a short walking day. Once we reach Ghat, we check into our tea house and relax. Later in the evening, we will enjoy our yoga practice in the green surroundings and with Mountain View.

  • Day 04: Trek to Jorsalle

    A fresh morning wake up for a refreshing yoga practice in the natural surroundings! The yoga session will get us ready for the day of trekking adventure.

    As the second day Itinerary of the hike on Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek, our overnight destination is Jorsalle, a beautiful village perched on the green foothills on the bank of Dudh Koshi River. The walk to Jorsalle is a peaceful traversing of the trail along the Dudh Koshi River. The walking adventure of the day takes us past Phakding and Monjo where the Sagarmatha National park territory starts from. After checking into the National park check post, we walk towards the destination and come across several fascinating suspension bridges along the trail.

    A rejuvenating yoga session with the meditative sounds of fresh water and mountain air is due for this afternoon.

  • Day 05: Trek to Khumjung via Namche Bazar

    Another beautiful morning yoga session with the meditative sounds of river and air makes our time and prepares us for the day. After relishing the breakfast, it’s time to undertake the trekking journey of the day. The trekking adventure today takes us to Khumjung via Namche Bazar.

    Unlike any other regular base camp trips, our Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek doesn’t have stop over at Namche Bazar. Instead we walk further to the beautiful village of Khumjung to stay overnight after spending some time at Namche Bazar.

    The evening session of energizing yoga awaits us amidst mountain views.

  • Day 06: Trek to Pungi Thangna via Khumjng village

    We enjoy our early morning yoga practice and later get ready to trek to our overnight destination after breakfast.
    Our trekking adventure today is going to take us to lower elevation than Khumjung to stay overnight. We are trekking to Phungi Thanga on the bank of Dudh Koshi River.

    The small and beautiful village is perched on the foothills along the river bank like that of Jorasalle on our second night stopover. Trekking down to the lower elevation after reaching a higher altitude will help us acclimatize and go higher towards the base camp. We enjoy evening yoga and meditation session at Phungi Thanga

  • Day 07: Trek to Pangboche

    Another refreshing morning yoga session on the bank of Dudh Koshi River will prepare us to trek to Pangboche today.

    Our Everest Base Camp Yoga Trekking adventure begins after the breakfast and traverses the trail towards Pangboche village. One of the big villages in the Everest region, Pangboche offers spectacular view of Mt. Ama Dablam. The village also has a beautiful, historical Buddhist monastery that we can explore. With mountain views and cultural wonders, Pangboche village proves to a perfect location to spend overnight. We will have evening yoga and meditation practice.

  • Day 08: Trek to Dingboche

    We wake up for early morning yoga session. Beautiful Ama Dablam and other mountain peaks will be casting their energy upon us to enhance the effects of our yoga practice. Later, after breakfast, we prepare to set off on the walking adventure of the day to Dingboche village, another beautiful and popular overnight stopover place in the Everest region. As we advance towards our destination, the elevation goes higher above 4,000 meters from sea level and the landscape changes from grassy and bushy surroundings to the bare and rocky mountain
    sides. We reach Dingboche village to be welcomed by breathtaking mountain views.

    A reenergizing yoga, meditation, and breathing practice in the evening will help us a lot to adjust at the elevation.

  • Day 09: Rest day with acclimatization hike to Nangkar Tseng Hill, Yoga and Meditation.

    It is our additional night in Dingboche and we go for acclimatization to Nangkar Tseng Hill. Instead of practicing our yoga at Dingboche, we carry our yoga mat and hike to the hill where we will practice yoga and meditation with breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks. After spending a good time at the hill, we hike back down to Dingboche village to explore around for the rest of the day.

    We spend overnight at the same tea house after yoga and meditation session.

  • Day 10: Trek to Lobuche

    A deserving, refreshing morning yoga session will prepare us to go higher on the trek. After breakfast, we are trekking to Lobuche today to stay overnight. The trail enters glacial path filled with moraine and boulders. We follow the trail up towards Thukla pass and walk past memorial monuments there.

    Even the near looking place feels distant because of the increasing altitude but the walk through this impressive landscape is worth enjoying. Eventually, we reach the tiny overnight place of Lobuche and check into a tea house.

    We will have reenergizing yoga and meditation practice in the evening to recharge our tired self.

  • Day 11: Hike to Everest view point; Kala Patthar 5,550 m via Gorekshep

    Early morning yoga practice prepares us for the beautiful adventure walk to the Everest Base Camp today. After several days of resistant effort up the mountains, we have finally come to the day to trek to the highest point of the trip.

    We trek to Gorakshep, which is our overnight place, and check into our tea house. We relish our lunch at the tea house and start again on the adventure walk to the Kalapatthar view point that lies 5,545 meters above sea level. On a slow and gradual pace, we eventually make it to the destination.

    We will sit on meditation; do some yoga practice; take pictures and enjoy the panoramic view of mountains and moment before returning back to Gorakshep to stay overnight

  • Day 12: Early Morning Hike hike to Everest Base Camp and Back to Thukla

    Although we have already achieved the highest elevation our trek yesterday, we are going to walk to the main destination of the trip that is Everest base camp. On a slow and gradual pace, we walk ahead towards the base camp of the highest mountain in the world. We follow boulder strewn train to eventually reach the Everest base camp. We spend memorable moments there practicing some yoga and meditation and capturing blissful moments. Later we return back to Gorakshep; check out the tea house and walk further down to Thukla past Lobuche to stay overnight.

    We will practice yoga and meditation at Thukla in the evening.

  • Day 13: Trek down to Tengboche

    We wake up for another refreshing yoga session early in the morning followed by mountain breakfast. Yoga practice amidst the mighty mountains will prepare us for the walk of the day. The destination for our walking adventure today is Tengboche.

    Tengboche is a beautiful village in the Khumbu region that is normally a stopover place for regular Everest Base Camp Trekkers but we skipped this beautiful place on our way up towards the Everest base camp. Once we reach Tengboche, we will go to explore a beautiful Buddhist monastery there.

    We practice yoga and meditation in evening.

  • Day 14: Trek down to Namche

    Beautiful morning becomes even more amazing with a wonderful yoga practice. We prepare to trek back down to Namche Bazar to stay our overnight today. We skipped Namche Bazar as our stopover overnight on the way up but today we are going to stay there and explore the famous Sherpa village.

    We traverse the trail down to Namche bazar; check into our guest house and wander around. We enjoy another mountain yoga and meditation session in the evening.

  • Day 15: Trek down to Phakding

    Wake up for a fresh morning view and a yoga session to start our day. After the yoga session, we relish our breakfast and embark on the trekking adventure for the day all the way down to Phakding on the bank of Dudh Koshi River. We check out the national park at Monjo and walk ahead towards our destination for the day.

    Once we reach Phakding and check into the tea house, we relax with the sounds of the river and the surrounding atmosphere. We have evening yoga and meditation practice on due.

  • Day 16: Trek back to Lukla

    Our amazing day starts with another yoga session. And it is our final day of the trekking part on the Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek adventure. We are trekking to Lukla to stay overnight. Once we arrive to Lukla, we celebrate the successful Yoga adventure trekking to the Everest Base Camp. One last mountain yoga session is due this evening before we fly to Kathmandu tomorrow.

  • Day 17: Fly back to Kathmandu, Dinner with your Everest Base Camp Trek crew

    We get ready early morning for our flight back to Kathmandu. Once we reach Kathmandu, we will have time to rest and relax. We can wander around on our own.

    We do our last yoga and meditation session of the Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek in the evening.

  • Day 18: End of Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek, Final Departure

    As the final day of the trip, it’s time to say good bye. We will be at the hotel to see you off to the airport for your final departure flight as per your flight schedule.
