Day 01: Pokhara drive to Beni Bas Kharka (1525m) 4 hours of drive and 4 hours trek via Mallaj, Overnight at Homestay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is our first day of trekking which will start from Beni Bazaar. But first, we will reach there via road trip from Pokhara and this will take around 4 hours of driving. Upon arrival, we will recheck our gears and backpack to get ready for the hike. The guide will lead the way and we follow him. Today, it is going to be a short trek of around 4 hours only. This is going to be an ascending trek from Beni crossing Kali Gandaki bridge and climbing for 1 hour to Mallaj and heading towards northeast to reach Baskharka at the elevation of 1525 meters. We will have our lunch en route in one of the villages. Our dinner and overnight at the homestay in Baskharka.

Day 02: Trek to Nagi (2230m) 5-6 hours. Overnight at Community Lodge.

After breakfast, we will continue our trek towards Nagi. The trail stretches along the beautiful landscapes and into the forest. Beautiful mountains can be viewed along the path. We will cross few settlements and in one the village we will take our lunch. Ascending and trekking for 5-6 hours we will arrive at Nagi or Nangi to 2230m. Our dinner and overnight stay at the community lodge in Nagi.

Day 03: Trek to Mohare (Hill) Danda (3313m) 6-7 hours. Overnight at Community Lodge

After breakfast, we will continue our trek towards Mohare Danda (Hill). The trail again passes with ascends along the forest and high terrains. You can see the Mohare Danda, the amazing view point really close from Nangi Community lodge, however the trail goes round and round but it is not inclined. With normal pace, it take 5-7 hours with short lunch break. Mohare Danda stands at 3313m to the south of Poonhill offering stunning views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and more. Upon arrival, we will settle for the night in the community lodge at Mohare Danda.

Day Note: Lunch Camp at Hampal Danda only opens for peak trekking season.

Day 04: Trek to Swanta (2,200m) 6-7 hours. Overnight at tea house.

We continue our trek towards north after breakfast in the morning. Today, our destination is Swanta. We can reach Swanta via two routes, one is via Poonhill and Ghorepani, while the other one is via Dandako Naak (Nose of the hill). The guide takes the update of the route and will decide the most feasible way. The trail passes through the forests and sparsely dense settlements, downhill initially and uphill after crossing the bridge taking us to the small village called Swanta at 2200m. We will rest here at the community lodge.

Day Note: Lunch place is usually Phalate, However Trekking Trail Nepal request to make this day a lunch camp.

Day 05: Trek to Chistibung (3,025 m) and continue to Khopra Danda 3640m.

After enjoying warm breakfast in the morning, we will continue our hike towards Upper Chistibung or Chistibang. The hiking route passes through the ridge of Mohare valley, crossing the dense forest and descending towards Shikha village and Swanta ultimately for lunch. After lunch we will climb up continuously until we reach Upper Chistibung or Chistibang at 3000m. There is a community lodge of Chistibang, we take our lunch and head uphill about 500 m to Khopra Hill.

Arrive at Khopra Danda and we will catch our breath and settle for the night with dinner. Khopra Danda lies at the base of Annapurna South at 3640m. Khopra Danda is one of the least popular vantage points that offer breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayas of the west like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri south, and many more. The everlasting mysterious landscapes, hills, towns and settlements, the Kali Gandaki river, etc. can be viewed from this beautiful place.

Day 06: Trek from Khopra Danda to Dobato (3,420 m).

Today is the day of return. After breakfast in the morning, we will hit the trails back. But this time, we will take a different route towards Dobato. The trail descends through the valley and forests trespassing few scattered settlements. Our trail never gets escape from the mesmerizing view of the landscapes and the mountains, especially Annapurna South. Arriving at Dobato at 3,420m, we will settle for the night with dinner at the teahouse

Day Note: Lunch Place is usually Chistibung 3100, which has Community Lodge or Bayali. We will update them to prepare lunch day before and we plan our procedures accordingly for our lunch. The day we all are desperately waiting in our Annapurna Glacier Trek. We enjoy our breakfast and start hike early in the morning towards our ultimate destination of Annapurna Glacier.

Day 07: Day excursion hike to Hidden Lake and Annapurna South Glacier.

The day we all are desperately waiting in our Mohare Khopra Trek, the best alternative hike of Khayar Barahi Lake is Annapurna Glacier Hike. We enjoy our breakfast and start hike early in the morning towards our ultimate destination of Annapurna South Glacier.

Our trek start to Pooday, which is also known as Hidden Valley or Windy Valley. This is the last human settlement area on our trekking trail. This first section of hike takes about 4 hours where we enjoy our lunch. Then with easy 2 hours hike we achieve the elevation of 4340m. The Hidden Lake and Annapurna South Glacier are in distance of 25 minutes hike but at the same altitude.

Annapurna Glacier and high altitude hidden lake are not only the attraction here. The close view of mountains like Annapurna South, Himchuli, Fishtail, Gandarva Chuli, and Mardi Himal just above the ocean of clouds with the wilderness of geography add the feature on Khopra Trekking.It takes about about 4 hours to hike down to Dobato Village for overnight. Mostly you will be able to experience the sunset views on hiking down.

Day Note: Hotels in Hidden Valley is not in operation yet, So we need to pay extra Nrs 1000 to our local guide who will manage our easy lunch in Hidden Valley.

Day 08: Hike down from Dobato to Ghandruk (1,900 m) via Tadapani

In Early Morning we can hike up to Mulde View Point 3637m, which is just 25 minutes hike from our hotel, In short its different than Poon Hill and Mohare Danda. After breakfast, the return trail will be continued, with ascents and descents through valleys, forests, and villages. The path will be traced towards Tadapani, crossing small hamlets like Ishru and Mesher Danda. From Tadapani, we will continue to descend to a traditional Gurung village called Ghandruk, where we enjoy the sunset view and dinner later.

( Mulde View Point is not included ) Which takes easy 1 Hours.

Day 09: Trek to Jhinu Danda 1710 m, and Enjoy Natural Hot Spring Pool.

We will enjoy our easy morning hike through the field, continue our trek to Jhinu Danda crossing the high bridge for Natural Hot Spring water pool. After lunch in our hotel in Jhinu Danda, you can grab pool stuffs and hike another 15 minutes down to the pool and enjoy ultimately til dinner time.

Day 10: Trek to Sewai and drive to Pokhara

Today is the last day of our trek. We will start in the morning after breakfast. If you are interested to relax in the Natural Hot Spring Pool, you can stay for about two hours during the lunch break. After that, we will drive back to Pokhara after crossing a high bridge. We need to hike about 3 easy hours and take a public bus from Sewai or Private jeep from Matque. This drive will take about 3 hours to reach our hotel in Pokhara. End of the Mohare Khopra Danda Trek with Jhinu Danda Hot Spring.
